AMC's "NOS4A2" Cancelled After Two Seasons

“Well friends, I heard from AMC last week. We won’t be making a 3rd season of NOS4A2. It’s a bummer, but I’m grateful we were at least able to finish adapting the storyline from Joe Hill’s terrific novel.”

This was the sad news that showrunner Jami O'Brien had to deliver today on social media for fans of his show NOS4A2, but comforted them by confirming that the entirety of the novel the series was based on, originally written by author Joe Hill (Son of Stephen King) in 2013. The cancellation of the AMC show was due to ratings for the show falling considerably in the second season with just 800,000 total viewers, losing half its audience from the first season. This announcement follows a week after the second season's finale aired on August 23rd. Stay tuned!
