Following his cinematic ventures of Call Me By Your Name and the 2018 Suspiria remake, filmmaker Luca Guadagnino heads to the small screen for his eight-part TV series We Are Who We Are, set to premiere on HBO and HBO Max on September 14th and releasing episodes on a weekly basis.
The story focuses on two American teenagers (Played by Jack Dylan Grazer and Jordan Kristine Seamon) who, along with their military and civilian parents, are living on an American military base in Italy. Guadagnino will serve as showrunner along with directing every episode himself. He also co-wrote the series alongside Paolo Giordano and Francesca Manieri.
