While being marked as season 4 of the show, the new season for In Treatment won't feature Gabriel Byrne as his therapist character Dr. Paul Weston. Instead, the new 24-episode season will focus on Uzo Aduba's Dr. Brooke Lawrence under similar circumstances where she'll meet with patients all week before each week ending with Lawrence meeting her own therapist. Also like the first three seasons, the series will air four episodes weekly to add to enhance the reality of the show.
