Movie Fact #44 - September 30th, 2020
Some have speculated the 1977 film Annie Hall was autobigraphical for director/writer/star Woody Allen. This is not more prevalent than in the casting of Diane Keaton who Allen was not only romantically linked to, but potentially her character down to the name. In actuality, Diane Keaton's real surname is "Hall" and "Annie" was her nickname.
