Syfy's Z Nation was an entertaining and often off-beat zombie series. Netflix's Black Summer, on the other hand, works to be a more dramatic entry. Season one introduced audiences to Rose (Played by Jaime King) who is separated from her daughter, Anna, and embarks on a harrowing journey to find her. Along the way, she is thrust alongside a small group of refugees in North America must make brutal decisions during the most deadly summer of a zombie apocalypse. And while the end of season one saw Rose reunited with Anna, they are still in the midst of a world of zombies.
Now, in season two, Rose will have to fight to keep her daughter safe. And with the second season set to land on Netflix on June 17th, the official trailer has been released today. Check it out below:
