Official Trailer: Netflix's "Fatherhood"

Kevin Hart may be primarily known as a comedian, but he has in the past worked to prove he can branch out to other genres. While the 2017 film The Upside wasn't considered as good as the French 2011 film The Intouchables of which it was based on, Hart's performance was widely praised as he held his own against other dramatic veterans like Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman. For his next film, Netflix's Fatherhood, Hart looks to take another stab at a dramatic effort, playing a father who must raise his kid after his wife (and high school sweetheart) dies just one day after giving birth. A tragic tale that indeed will challenge Hart as an actor.

Today, the official trailer for the film has been released. Check it out below:

Fatherhood co-stars . It is directed by Paul Weitz (who co-wrote the screenplay with Dana Stevens). It is set to be released on Netflix on June 18th.
