Alfred Molina has often played the supporting roles in Hollywood but to great effect. Now he gets to take the lead in a new mystery series titled Three Pines based on the Chief Inspector Gamache novel series by Louise Penny.
As the eponymous character, Molina sees things that others do not. This includes unearthing long-buried secrets that he will find while investigating a series of murders in the seemingly idyllic village Three Pines. As the trailer shows, as all great characters do, Gamache will be forced to face ghosts of his own as well. This leads to a way for Molina to stretch his acting muscles in a way he's never been allowed to before. Check out the trailer below:
Three Pines will premiere on Prime Video on December 2nd.
It's good to see Molina not as the main vilain for once
