Much like how Resident Evil VII: Biohazard was inspired by the original 1996 game by having it set in a single location, the upcoming eighth installment Resident Evil Village takes inspiration from the acclaimed 2005 entry, Resident Evil 4 and sets it in a creepy village populated by zombies and demons. However, unlike the early entries, Village is still sticking to the first-person perspective from Biohazard and the new "Castle" demo trailer released today shows this is to really immerse gamers in the terrifying experience the developers have planned for them.
