With the Tokyo Games Show happening this weekend, a lot of new games for current and upcoming consoles are being released. One game that's getting quite a lot of explanation is the sci-fi game Scarlet Nexus. First, check out the official trailer released at TGS today:
Developed by BANDAI NAMCO, the game is set in the far distant future where humanity's last hope falls into the hands of an elite group of psionic soldiers, who battle an invincible threat known as Others. As the player, it will be your job to unravel the mysteries of a Brain Punk future caught between technology and psychic abilities. Some of that gameplay has been released in a demo that appeared at TGS today, which seems to indicate the game will be a hack-and-slash in terms of it's style of gameplay. Check it out below:
While no release date has been given, it's set to be released for current consoles (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows) and the next generation of consoles being released this holiday season (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S). Stay tuned!
