"The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It" Scores Positive Early Buzz, New Featurette

 

While The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is directed by Michael Chaves instead of James Wan (who helmed the first two main installments of the franchise), early buzz from critics seem to imply the third film will be worth the wait for fans of the series. Many even posted their thoughts on Twitter with most praising the story and performances (namely franchise leads Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson), though some felt it's not as scary as the first two. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It will land in theaters on June 4th. The film will also have a month-long simultaneous release on the HBO Max streaming service starting on that date. And for the record:

I'm glad the film got positive buzz. They bent over backwards to make this film!
