"The Creepshow Halloween Special" Debuts Official Trailer

Most streaming services thrive on having a wide range of viewing options for audiences. However, Shudder specializes in horror-based material. In fact, they recently began making a series revival of the Creepshow franchise, continuing from the films made in 1982 and 1984. The second second is currently in production, having been delayed by COVID-19 but, for the holiday season, an animated Halloween special is set to premiere on the streaming service on October 26th,
The special will be animated, consisting of two new tales based on stories by Stephen King and Joe Hill. Kiefer Sutherland stars in the adaptation of King’s short story “Survivor Type” as a man determined to stay alive on a deserted island no matter the cost. Joey King will star in Hill’s story “Twittering from the Circus of the Dead” as a teen whose family road trip includes a visit to the gravest show on earth.
Today, the official trailer has been released today. Check it out below:
The Creepshow Halloween Special is directed by the series' showrunner Greg Nicotero. Stay tuned!
