Riding off early critical acclaimed release in Australia earlier this year, Eric Bana's new film The Dry, based on the 2016 book of the same name by Jane Harper, is coming to the US on May 21st in theaters. The story focuses on Bana's character Aaron Falk who returns to his drought-stricken hometown to attend a tragic funeral. But his return opens a decades-old wound - the unsolved death of a teenage girl. Now, to gear audiences up for the film's release, a new trailer has been released. Check it out below:
The Dry co-stars Genevieve O'Reilly, Keir O'Donnell, and John Polson. It is directed by Robert Connolly (Who co-wrote the script with Harry Cripps).
Nobody - 5/10
A John wick wannabe action movie that felt farfetched most of the time, Bod Odenkirk gave a good performance but I wasn't buying him being such a bad ass on god mode. the ending was fun but the villain was weak and the motivation of the main character was a bit silly.
