"Wander" Debuts Exclusive Trailer

For every good-natured film we're getting this year like News of the World (See the new trailer here), we're getting about 10 times the amount in tragic and melancholic cinema. Why? It sells and it matches how a lot of people are feeling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wander, a film that debuted last month at Deauville American Film Festival, is an example of such a film.

Proclaimed as a conspiracy thriller, the story stars Aaron Eckhart as a mentally unstable private investigator who is hired to probe a suspicious death in the small town of Wander (Where the film gets it's title from). However, as he delves into the case, he becomes convinced the case is linked to the same "conspiracy cover-up" that caused the death of his daughter.

After it's release at Deauville, the film was immediately picked up by Saban Films for a North American distribution and, as such, will be released on December 4th in select theaters along with a simultaneous release on digital and On-Demand. This release date was just announced yesterday so it's no surprise an exclusive trailer has been released this morning. Check it out below:

Wander co-stars Tommy Lee Jones. It is directed by April Mullen.
